2. True 2k8 - Brought DF to what was arguably their peak
3. Pipsqueek - Started CT in 2015 and ended up in the top 5
4. His Lordship - Despite ups and downs, he led WG for 12 years almost consecutively
5. Venenatis - Started VNG in 2014 and they've remained fairly stable and active
These are just the leaders I know reasonably well. Of course people like Mattyb/Brian/Icedrop/etc. have led "better" clans, but I don't know them as leaders well enough.

Although, you're entitled to your own opinion but, coming from someone that was in DF back in 2005 and 2006 when Death240 (The founder of DF) was leading. He was by far the best Leader and made the clan so amazing!
Many of the leaders were really cool... so to add to the list:
1 - saddam + rolig rolig (i can imagine you imagining my voice saying rolig on teamspeak and laughing lol) saddam is by far the biggest renegade, smartest,, rs gangster.. making clan diplomacy... rolig was this guy that was dedicated to ni.. good fi leader but would never use a mic.. saddam + rolig were ni.. people like wow360 that were essenctial in ni in 2005 plsyed a lesser role in later stages and ended up bsing ni... remember in 2006 just being called "ex ni" meant you couldnt join most clans.. they used ph and ph used them.. but eventually they taught ph so much when we bsed each other.
Somehow things happen.. rolig tried bsing me during a trip at hills in 2007 and i teled with 1 hp.. then he banned me from the irc channel.. and be denies it to this day.. so the very first time they reopened in 2008 i was there on their vent or ts and stalking them in the wild.. my goal was to recruit saddam to ph and we did it.. till ph became official.

Other good leader is chrisnisel or some shit.. he wanted to lead a ph cc team.. so he had a bunch of random players charge at dk.. before that he gave speech about "our wild" ye he sucked big time... wait his name was krunal930 actually that lying prik.. he was good.. but a douche.. and i exposed him for ddosing goku ssj4 from envy while i was in ph and he refused to punish me... dude freaking had someone ddos his college classrom internet so he wont give a presentation.. how fucking smart is that??? Krunal refused to listen and surronded himself with yes men.. but he was good..

First off i dont think anyone can truely make this call. why? it does not matter how long you have been playing what clans you have been in how many hours you have scrolled thru rsc fight topics or if you have clan hopped to many of these leaders clans/teams. from my experience and let me tell you leading the same clan since 2004 and mainly doing it on my own for most of that time and never giving up on trying to become (a top clan). i finally realized in 2017 when i beat rot in a p2p fight and had many other wins over top clans in the last few weeks and had 100 plus on teamspeak at all times in all timezones when i had finally made it to where i always dreamed of having my clan after all these years of giving it my 100 percent. i did the exact opposite of what anyone else would do i finally let go i closed 420 PKERS while we were in my opinion considered a (top 5 P2P CLAN) i can say this in all the years of being in the community i have learned there is one thing that matters and thats getting on and having fun with your friends there is something so magical about being in a full teamspeak with all your friends and winning in a fight working together the callers create a symphony everything just flows and its so sweet! when you have a leader that can make all of this happen choose the right people make the right calls put the time in too make sure everything is where it should be do the councils/warlords/admins/members/co leaders jobs and yours all at the same time that is what i call a true had working respected leader! i cant answer the (top 5 clan leaders) but i can tell you the clan leaders that i respect the most from my personal experience.
1. Tidusx 5- Honestly this is the man that started reign of terrors legend of course with a lot of help from hotshot but all the way through the old wilderness before plazahitman stepped up he was there. he started the legend he had the original ideology of no honor and gave us all the big monster to fight. there is no question that he brought one of the most dominate clans in runescape history to life and i feel as time goes on everyone forgets who was who but he is for sure my most respected.
2.Gotenks 2322- he has lead Divine kings almost as long as i have led 420 this guy has always been there keeping the wilderness active and for sure has done his share of content on rsc/youtube with feedback in my opinion gave a lot to the community even if he has closed plenty of times but i can understand that having a real life and trying to lead a clan is hard and i can relate i will always respect this guy.
3.Pipsqueek- i know she was in rot for some time but as far as her history i Dont know it fully know but what i do know is i was there the first day she opened CT i saw there fights and ran in to them and fought them and even teamed up with them a few times to hunt our rivals Brut and fight crashers. i will tell you from day one open a new name start from scratch and become a dominate force in a few months and a top clan 2 years later she knows what she is doing and ive heard her call piles as well and her diplomacy is excellent she has all the quality's of a respected leader in my book.
4. Stl Arrow- he has lead so many different teams and clans most of you know him from Valhalla he might change the name or do something different honestly you never know what hes going to do next but he is always out there keeping the multi scene active setting up fights being out latenight he has for sure played a big role in keeping the community active! ive set up over a dozen fights with them they were always clean and fair and thats why i respect him!
5. Qwency12 - to most of you this is a surprise even knowing golden elites were 420 pkers Biggest rivalry i always respected him because he pulled massive numbers in 2006 and put up great fights and recruited harder then i ever seen anyone recruit started as a little hill giants team and became a 300 opt pulling clan in a blink of a eye and they were always active gdz by day and mage bank at night it was really interesting to watch how far he went with golden elites before they closed.
