Zybez closes in like what, 6 days? I think we need some structure in place here if people are to make the transition, some rules in place, some staff in place etc.

Any suggestions? I think having no word filter and a lax approach to moderating would be a nice change here.
Personally think if rules were set censorship should dial it back. As bad as it is, people love chaos and drama. SharkBrew allows leaks, etc as long as it's not morally questionable.
I'm open to a more natural and relaxed environment.

Where do we draw the line? No personal attacks (e.g. posting IRL pics, info, etc.)

Leaking personal information (Pics, addresses, phone numbers, place of work etc) would obviously be a no go. Real life flaming someone would be where I'd draw the line, things like their age, education, career, ethnicity, where they live etc would be out of line.
I'd say anything that involves the game; honorable or dishonorable should be allowed. As long as it's within the RS guidelines. Clan wants to post a crashing topic? Let em. 3PP? Bring it back.

Agree with Wee Boy's stance on leaking RL information / RL flaming.

No irl stuff. But we should otherwise allow swearing/banter. However, I propose a radical rule: ban people who are proven to ddos/hack others. We don't need those kind of people in the community.
everything goes except illegal activity, doxxing, irl flaming, reddit style spam

if clan discussion ever gets active, let anyone post a topic, allow clan forums leaks, take no view on crashing/honour, no point mods bothering themselves and everyone else deciding who won a fight, just leave it alone

keep things condensed unless we become popular, not too many subforums to start off with

consider a rwt section, use the money from stickies to host tournaments and pay streamers to advertise them, its not 2005 and people have lots of options, they wont use this site unless we offer them something cool
Yea I was never a fan of the word filter anyway, the usual suspects I think, racism and doxing. A bit of banter is fine, but when you start targetted personal harassment campains against the one person then that's not cool.
No irl / personal attacks, no illegal activity
Allow banter/swearing to a degree, were not 13 anymore, but if it becomes a hate attack then thats a no.
Allow both honour and No honour, allow crash topics
NO forum leaks

Why? Genuine question, there's a lot of discussion that can come from seeing the inner workings of other clan forums especially if they present themselves one way and then contradict themselves privately. It's always felt like a weird line to draw for me.
