Yes, the owners (Curse) don't want to do that. They want to turn Zybez into a static archive and keep it online - probably to continue to squeeze advertising revenue out without the headache of maintenance and security. Once that dries up, they'll simply take it offline.

There is some sort of rep system built into myBB but I'm not sure how it works. I've enabled it in the ACP now.

Just let's you rate +1 and - 1 on a post, only difference to Ipb is it doesn't display the rating on individual posts. (just tested it on your post)
