Dunno how accurate this is but I hear the Waterfall Quest is a good quest to start. No requirements and it gives you enough attack and/or strength exp to get to lvl 30 from lvl 1. Questing seems like a good way to get quick levels.

Someone hacked it. The Recovery questions aren't even in English. How Jagex is allowing a person across the world to hang onto that account is beyond me.

Sounds about right. I left them sometime that year. I hated to leave them because they were a fabulous group of people, but I grew tired of PKRI's lasting hours on end. So after EH, I went to more skiller-focused guilds.
