Hi,

I've just returned to RS3 after 2 years of not playing - hoping to have some fun of where I left off.  Upon returning I have an account with lvl 1 stats and all back items and username are gone. Before quitting there was a lot of coins saved up along with alot of high value weapons /armor. stats were maxed and alot of skills too.
I have emails with receipts and confirmation of my username and email address from 2020&2019.

Any help to get up and running again would be greatly appriciated.
