One small favour - Lakeside5612 - 01-17-2019
I am doing the One small favour quest and fighting the level 92 slagilith and instead of killing it a caption reads “the rock monster seems to lose interest in fighting and merges back into the ground”. I have done this 4 times and every time I get him about 3/4 dead this happens. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!

You're taking too much time to kill it, you'll have to do more damage. Which gear are you using and any spec weapons?

It has very high defense and your combat stats are currently not that high. Do you have protect from melee prayer? Then you can use magic. I heard pickaxes are strong too.

Yes I have protect from melee and I did use that. Will fire bolts work better? I also have a rune Pickaxe.
