I don't think it should be the mod's job to figure out if something is doctored or not. Either all forum leaks should be allowed and let the people decide if it's fake or not, or none of them should be allowed because they're impossible to verify.

if you don't allow forum leaks you're going to force traffic to other sites, they will be posted somewhere and people want to read them

Pretty easy to HTML edit anything these days so if you do want to allow it just make sure everyone knows anything posted is most likely fake
