That thetoric is pretty flawed, doing something good isn't a free pass to do bad things. If you do something really bad you should be punished for that irrelevant of what good you've done. He hacked plenty of people, that's something different than getting a parking ticket.

The rev caves were an excellent update sure but actually it turns out there is right and wrong, him accessing accounts and stealing shit, destroying untradables and whatever else he may have done that can't be shared by Jagex falls on the "pretty fucking wrong" side of the line.

Jagex employee uses his access to all our information to hack the richest players in the game but he added rehashed content from old runescape to make wildy somewhat make wilderness active (in doing so killed deep wild), in which if clans fight in there the two return points are tiny corridors one of which you have to return through dragons, and return points that allow raggers to single to multi you lmfao

Yup even trade, sorry people that lost billions and players that most likely have their information stored in a database that now renders their account so insecure it's pointless to store anything on value on that account unless jagex overhauls their recovery system, jed made a flawed rev cave so it's pretty even

OSRS mods were attracted for different purposes than the original staff. My guess is also that there is a lot less internal control
